What is the address of the venue?

What are the dates and opening hours?

Day 1 – 1st November 2017: 8.30 am – 5.00 pm

Day 2 – 2nd November 2017: 8.30 am – 4.30 pm

Do you have an overview of what is happening at the event?

SAPHEX will be taking place over two days, with a conference stream and commercial exhibition.

Where can I see the overview of exhibitors and floor-plans?

Our exhibitor list and exhibition floorplan are being continuously updated, please email ec@saphex.co.za to receive.

Does my registration for SAPHEX allow me to enter the conference?

Yes, your registration will allow you access to the conference and exhibition. *N.B. Registrations received before the 1st September, 2017 will be free of charge. Registrations after this period will be charged at $20 or R200 per visitor.

Yes, free access to wifi is available to all attendees and exhibitors

Is there a cloakroom or “left luggage” facility at the show?

Yes, this can be arranged on arrival to the venue

Are there catering facilities at the show?

Yes, there will be food and beverages available to purchase within the event venue.
